The house is new, modern, spacious and well designed. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room,
all on the ground floor! And the entire house is air conditioned - each bedroom, the kitchen and the living room all

At only a short drive away from the beach, a few minutes to the supermarket, the Villa Batana is a wonderful choice

Superb villa has everything you need

We had a fantastic week at the Villa Batana. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us the last few meters to the property when we got slightly lost on arrival and providing lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful pool, but the Villa is well situated to visit the attractions of the area -which we did. A truly excellent property to which we hope to return.

Super Villa und toller Gastgeber

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub als Familie mit Freunden (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 5-8 Jahre alt und mittelgroßer Hund) in Danijels Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist toll und Danijel ein ausgesprochen netter Gastgeber mit vielen Informationen und Tipps zu AusflÃŒgen und Restaurants. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft frisches Obst und GemÃŒse in der KÃŒche, sowie Saft und Kekse im KÃŒhlschrank. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekÃŒmmert. Perfektes Haus fÃŒr einen perfekten Urlaub

Wir haben die Villa bei FeWo direkt gefunden und uns sofort in die Bilder verliebt. Die Lage und die tollen Bewertungen haben uns letztlich zur Buchung dieses tollen Ferienhauses veranlasst. Die Kontaktaufnahme ÃŒber den EigentÃŒmer Danijel was super und der Kontakt ÃŒber WhatsApp hat reibungslos und schnell funktioniert. Am AnreiseTag wurden wir persönlich und warm empfangen. Danijel hat uns das wundervolle Haus gezeigt, viele Tipps und Ideen fÃŒr Ausflugsziele genannt und es gab sogar liebevolle WillkommensgrÌße in Form von Obst, GemÃŒse, Keksen, GetrÀnken und Co. ;o) So viel Herzlichkeit haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Tausend Dank dafÃŒr. Seine Familie hat uns einen Abend sogar ein fantastisches FischmenÃŒ gezaubert mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar an unseren Sohn hat Danijel gedacht, der keinen Fisch isst. Absolut großartig u. einzigartig. Das Haus ist genau so, wie es beschrieben ist und die Fotos es zeigen. Alles ist perfekt, liebevoll dekoriert, super sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet und lÀsst einen einfach nur wohl fÃŒhlen, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man fÃŒhlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Outdoor - Möglichkeiten sind toll. Der Pool, die Dartscheibe, die Tischtennisplatte und auch fÃŒr kleine GÀste ist hier vorgesorgt. Danijel und seine Familie haben an alles gedacht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, so dass man hier herrlich entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen kann. Von da aus lassen sich alle Orte sehr gut erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus im Herzen Istriens

Ein wunderbar gepflegtes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns von der erste Minute an wie zu Hause gefÃŒhlt. Der direkte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alle SehenswÃŒrdigkeiten/Badestellen in annehmbarer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolles Haus in Istrien

Das Haus mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sauber und neu. Der Besitzer/Vermieter ist super nett und spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann von da aus, alle Ausflugsziele gut erreichen. FÃŒr einen Urlaub in Istrien ist dieses Haus sehr geeignet.

Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jursici sehr genossen. Die wunderschöne Villa Batana fanden wir genauso so vor wie in der Beschreibung, alles war sehr sauber, alles tiptop und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und erhielten viele Informationen Ìber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, AusflÌge etc.. Wer seinen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen möchte ist hier richtig, auch mit Hund. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!!

Eine Traumhafte Villa mit hervorragenden Gastgebern

Die Kommunikation vorab verlief ohne Probleme, wir hatten noch ein paar Fragen zum Objekt und der Ausstattung, diese wurden uns auch prompt beantwortet. Unter anderem hatten wir gefragt, ob wir wegen den Kindern etwas frÃŒher anreisen könnten. Danijel versprach sich am Morgen der Anreise zu melden, ob dies möglich sei. PÃŒnktlich am Morgen der Anreise kam seine Nachricht, dass sie frÃŒher fertig werden und wir daher auch schon 2,5 Stunden frÃŒher einchecken können. Das nenne ich Service! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrÌßt, anschließend haben uns Tihana und Danijel das Haus gezeigt und uns Tips fÃŒr AusflÃŒge und Restaurants gegeben. FÃŒr die Kinder gab es etwas sÌßes und fÃŒr alle einen tollen Obst und GemÃŒsekorb, im KÃŒhlschrank erwartete uns eine Wassermelone Saft und Kekse. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gepflegt! Die Lage ist super fÃŒr Familien zum entspannen. Der Service der Gastgeber war wirklich hervorragend, wenn irgendetwas war, konnte man sich immer melden, die Antwort kam immer sehr schnell. Danijel informierte uns auch unter der Woche ÃŒber einen anstehenden Feiertag in Kroatien. Die Villa ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir wÃŒrden das Objekt jederzeit ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher nochmal die Villa buchen. Perfektes Feriendomizil ***** im schönen Istrien

Super schönes, neuwertiges, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit herausragender Ausstattung, toller Pool und Garten, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, mit Auto sind zahlreiche sehenswerte Orte, das Meer sowie vielfÀltige SehenswÃŒrdigkeiten schnell ereicht, der Supermarkt befindet sich im nÀchsten Ort. Im Mai ist Istrien ein einziges BlÃŒtenmeer, traumhafte Mohnfelder und endlose Olivenplantagen sowie Weinreben. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen und hat sich im eingezÀunten Garten sehr wohl gefÃŒhlt. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist super lieb, herzlich und kÃŒmmert sich rÃŒhrend um die GÀste, die Kommunikation war hervorragend.Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich noch groß geschrieben. Zum Empfang gab es Obst,GemÃŒse,SÌßigkeiten, Wein und Wasser. Den GÀsten stehen außerdem noch FahrrÀder, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, BÃŒcher und Infomaterial zur VerfÃŒgung, fÃŒr die Kleinen gibts Spielsachen,Schaukel und ein SpielhÀuschen. Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, wenn wir wieder nach Istrien verreisen, dann kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank fÃŒr einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Der Vermieter war sehr sehr Nett hat viel vorbereitet AusflÌge Angebote ein Tag hat er Kuchen vorbei gebracht und seinen selbst gemachten Wein er bemÌht sich sehr das seine GÀste rundum zufrieden sind. Das Haus war sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Babybetten HochstÌhle Spielsachen fÌr die Kinder waren auch schon bereit wo wir angekommen sind.

Sehr schöne Villa

Ein Urlaub in diesem Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt keinerlei negative Themen. Haus top Vermieter super freundlich Er hat sich wirklich um alles gekÃŒmmert und war bemÃŒht uns einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bereiten. Also diese Villa kann man nur empfehlen!!!
