Amazing Views of Historic Seaside Swansboro and White Oak River. Bring your boat or rent kayaks or a paddle board downstairs at Swansboro Paddle Boarding. Have breakfast at the Riverwalk, lunch at the famous Yana's, and dinner at The Boro! Stop in Edventure Dessert Bar for your favorite wine and skillet peanut butter cookie. Swansboro is a seaside historic community with lots to do and see. Shop at the local boutiques or enjoy numerous water activities. This apartment has amazing views and is located next to the Bicentennial Park. You can fish off our own private dock or at the park public fishing area. The Crystal Coast beaches are only a short 8-10 minute drive up the road. This is just all around a prime location! You are walking distance to entertainment, local restaurants, and bars.

This was a perfect break for our weekend getaway. Pet was very happy as were week. Cute shops very close by, nice places to walk. The deck is incredible. Nice place to wake up to.

We’ve stayed before and cannot say enough about the location to downtown and the views! However, there isn’t assigned parking which was challenging some days and the apartment does need some minor updates. The owner is very responsive before and during the stay.

Views for days

This property has some of the best views of the river I've seen. Photos of the property are accurate, it was very clean, and easy to get to the little downtown Swansboro area, which had cute shops and local restaurants. Tony was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Loud views

The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly.
