When we arrived they had a sign that the pool was closed due to maintenance. Then when we went to take showers there was no hot water. All weekend we had to sponge bath with cold water. We were told that they had no hot water for weeks. All these problems should have been disclosed before we checked in.

This may have been my last stay at a Holiday Inn Express… over the last year service, room conditions, “breakfast” and service have simply declined… compared too eg Fairfield and Hyatt who offer much better for the same or just a little more cost. Arrived late and their “market place” was literally empty (“we are expecting a delivery”… right). When leaving at 06:00 not even coffee was made

Love this room

We had a blast staying with Holiday Inn. Room was clean and very big . I had my daughters birthday party there . It was the perfect spot for us. Would recommend for sure.

Will Not Return!!

Very unimpressive stay. The bathroom in our room could have used a really deep clean or a total remodel. Snack area was empty except for Snuggy dryer sheets, strange. When we went to go back to our room after breakfast the door lock failed, the front desk could not get us in and there was no manager on duty! Luckily, the cleaning crew armed with screwdrivers and hammers eventually got us into the room after 45 minutes, are return trip was totally thrown off but at least we got out of there.
