Decent value for the area. We stayed in a Family Room, the room was very spacious and kitted out with nice, modern furniture. The room is a little rough around the edges however, lots of chipped paint, the windows could do with a scrub and the bedding had a couple of small stains. Staff were friendly on check in/check out.

Although arriving early the reception was wonderful with them holding our bags until the room was ready to check into. The two wonderful women on reception made it a breeze to check in as usual. The receptionist on leaving on the other hand just glazed over our issues* with an unsympathetic sorry. *Lights in the entrance of room not working, A screeching from above every 10 minutes during the night* We usually have a lovely time here but this visit fell short

No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location & its 24 hour parking so was good for a one night visit & a bit of shopping. Only thing that let it down was the room. It wasnt very tidy, there was a spoon & a receipt on the floor by the bed, the one white cup was dirty (which we didnt see until the morning of going to use it). The mirrors were stinking. It just could have looked a lot better.

Paying for parking as a hotel guest is a joke

The only thing that annoyed me and would stop me staying here again is the fact that I as a guest of the hotel had to pay 9 pounds a day for parking in the hotel car park, I am returning to Swansea in 6 weeks but I will not be returning to the dragon hotel because of this.
