The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice and tasty I would recommend the Welsh Breakfast

Still in the middle of a major refurbishment but a nice nights stay - bed whilst softer than I am used to was surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom is basic - would suggest changing whatever is used to clean this area as it’s’scent’ just reminded me of public loos. Will probably come back once remake finished…
