This 1-bedroom apartment is on the lower ground floor and accommodates up to 6 guests. No balcony or terrace. There is a small outdoor space with in-land views, outdoor dining, and a BBQ area—perfect for family and friends. Shared indoor heated pool maintained at 27°C.

1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2.

2. A refundable Security Deposit of €200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards.

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.

(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €120 (2 people), €140 (3 people), €160 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €25 wifi/TV connection monthly

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
