Quietly situated on the first floor of a modern villa this beautifully presented retreat comfortably sleeps two guests and is one of four private rooms that can be booked separately in the same villa. The property enjoys one large, shared dining room with three tables and a modern kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Dolcegusto coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The villa also has a shared bathroom and a laundry room that guests can utilise. The property is located within St. Julian’s where many restaurants, clubs and English-language schools are located and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of St George\'s Bay.

The property is located within the St. Julian’s area on the northeastern coast of Malta, a 15-minute walk away from St Georges Bay, one of the most attractive sandy beaches in Malta and a 6-minute drive (30-minute walk) from Balluta Bay Beach. Both are popular spots for watersports such as jet-skiing, paddleboarding and diving.

The St. Julian\'s Promenade (a 15-minute drive) runs along the coastline, providing a scenic walk with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. This a great place to enjoy a leisurely stroll or a drink at one of the waterfront cafes to take in the surroundings.

The area is well-connected by public transportation and a convenient location for exploring other parts of Malta including nearby towns such as Valletta and Mdina (both a 15-minute drive) which are rich in historical and cultural attractions.

Malta\'s typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
