Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. ParkplĂ€tze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten GlĂŒck 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön fĂŒr den tollen Aufenthalt.

OK hotell, men kommer inte tillbaka!

Sammanfattning: Ett ok hotell, trÄkig icke service minded personal, frukosten undermÄlig, parkering mardröm och DYR(!!), poolen bra och lÀget utmÀrkt för bÄde strandpromenad och centrum! Personalen som arbetade under frukosten verkade bÄde tycka illa om sitt jobb och oss besökare/ boende. Det var endast en tjej (mörkt hÄr, page) som log och var trevlig, resten var otroligt trÄkiga, hÀlsade inte, log inte, frÄgade man om nÄgot sÄ var det tydligen jobbigt!! En person i receptionen dagen vi kom var trevlig och hjÀlpsam, resten var trÄkiga och en rent utav otrevlig vid frÄga om kaffe pÄ rummet (fanns bara te), fick till svar NO! NO!. Ett litet leende och ett par ord till förklaring hade inte varit fel. Personalen skulle behöva gÄ en servicekurs! Frukosten...första morgonen var dÀr bl a frisbeen...visade sig vara "pannkakor" (HjÀlp!) Maten var definitivt inriktade till polska turister och inte internationella turister, det var inget som var speciellt gott, frukten var god, frallorna var goda, resten var mycket tveksamt. DÀr fanns rÄa köttbullar en dag, nÄgon vit gegga som jag inte riktigt vet vad det smakade som. NÀ, frukosten skulle vi inte rekommendera. Var inte ett "lugnt" rum heller, spelades disco musik! Poolen var trevlig, hÀrligt uppvÀrmd, fanns dock t ex plÄster fastklistrad pÄ delar av kanterna och de plockades inte bort..ugh! VÄr 4Äring blev tillsagd att han inte fick "hukhoppa" frÄn kanten (han vÄgade inte stÄ upp och hoppa). Polska barn hoppade i, blev inte utskÀllda.

Wir fanden es ziemlich gut, es ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ fĂŒr die heutige Zeit aber trotzdem waren wir zufrieden. Wir waren so wieso mehr unterwegs als im Hotel. Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck da fande ich die Auswahl sehr ĂŒppig da hĂ€tte ich mir eher mehr abwechslung gewĂŒnscht in der Woche, ich wusste schon ab den 5 Tag nicht mehr was ich essen möchte zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck oder ob ich wo anders essen gehe. Kuchen fand ich gut zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck nur sollten sie bei den Schokokuchen auch beim Schokokuchen bleiben der hatte leider ein komischen Geschmack keine Ahnung was da drin war aber das sollten sie weg lassen. Bei meinem letzten Tag den 8. Tag gab es Eierkuchen da hĂ€tte ich mir gewĂŒnscht das sie beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck jeden Tag Waffeln angeboten hĂ€tten vorallem hĂ€tten sich glaube alle gefreut egal ob groß oder klein das kommt auch eigentlich immer gut an vorallem in dem Hotels wo wir schon waren aber vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder vorbei und es hat sich was verĂ€ndert im Hotel Der Poolbereich, jaa ist schon angenehm aber man fĂŒhlt sich leider sehr beobachtet von den Leuten die an der Rezeption sitzen oder GĂ€ste die gerade dort stehen ob das so Ideal ist weiß ich nicht, da kommt es ein vor als wĂŒrde man eine Fensterpuppe sein und so fĂŒhlt man sich auch wenn man in dem Pool ist Ganz anders ist es im Whirlpool der ist zum GlĂŒck in ein anderen Raum und man wird nicht stĂ€ndig beobachtet, da wĂŒnschte ich mir ein bisschen PrivatsphĂ€re fĂŒr den großen Pool sonst war alles gut

Es war ein angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt. FĂŒr 2 NĂ€chte ok, sonst etwas kleines Zimmer. Leider die Betten auch extrem weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbĂŒffet gut und ausreichend, fĂŒr uns die Brötchen etwas zĂ€h. Wirkten nicht wirklich richtig frisch. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant Ambassador auch gut. Leider waren wir am Sonntag die einzigen GĂ€ste, gestern etwas mehr, was angenehm war. Die Sauna-naja?! Eher wie eine Duschkabine mit einer Glasfront zum Jacuzzi. Höchstens fĂŒr 1 Person. DafĂŒr ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad, was von 8-21.30 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis sollte auf dem PrĂŒstand

Die Feier am 31.12. war fĂŒr uns enttĂ€uschend. Pro Person haben wir dafĂŒr 80,-€ extra bezahlt. Der zugewiesene Platz war im Wintergarten, abseits des Geschehens, daraufhin haben 6 Personen umgehend die Veranstaltung verlassen, ich beschwerte mich bei der Chefin, ohne Erfolg.Das Essen und GetrĂ€nke fĂŒr solch eine Veranstaltung und zu diesem Preis war katastrophal. Schade das wir solch enttĂ€uschenden Eindruck mit nach Hause nehmen mussten.

VÄr bokning var missad trots bekrÀftelse. Men de löste det fint pÄ en timme. Ena rummet hade dock blöt heltÀckningsmatta o dagen efter var det ingen trevlig doft dÀr inne. Vi bad om ett nytt rum o det fick vi. SÄ de löste det mycket fint för oss! Poolen var vÀldigt trevligt!

Wir verblieben fĂŒr zwei NĂ€chte. Eine Massage war uns leider nicht vergönnt, da alle Termine vergeben waren. Wir nutzten den Pool sowie den Whirlpool. Beide waren fĂŒr unsere Zwecke okay. Mit den Betten (Schaumstoffmatratzen) konnten wir uns in zwei NĂ€chten arrangieren. Ich als Hausstaubmilbenallergikerin hatte trotz AllergikerbettwĂ€sche bereits in der ersten Nacht Schwierigkeiten. Das Buffet war tĂ€glich sĂ€ttigend und abwechslungsreich. Der Service hier war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ich denke wir kommen nicht wieder.

Es gilt zu beachten das das Hotel aus 2 HĂ€sern besteht. Wenn man also "Wellnessbehandlungen" bucht sollte man sich nicht nach Polaris 3 abwimmeln lassen. Die HĂ€user liegen nĂ€mlich nicht direkt nebeneinander. Zur Sauberkeit: dunkelgrauer Staub aus der LĂŒftung im Bad, nicht sehr lecker auf der ZahnbĂŒrste. Zum Komfort: die Betten sind sehr unbequem da es, zumindest in unseren Zimmer keine richtigen Matratzen gab. Eher nen 5cm dicker topper. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in einem guten Zustand. Buchung nicht so wie beschrieben

Polaris gebucht, im Polaris 3 untergebracht , 10-15 min Fußweg zum Haupthotel , wo sich der spa Bereich befand , was ungĂŒnstig ist wenn man die Info erst vor Ort bekommt, Leider war der Pool stark ĂŒberchlort, FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist mehr als ausreichend gewesen gute Auswahl
