In this cozy cottage you will feel right at home from the start. It also has a fantastically beautiful view of the Little Belt to Funen and Ærø. The view can be enjoyed from the house and the terrace. Ground and terrace have wind-protected places where you can grill well and be wonderfully active outdoors. The idyllic old fishing and ferry town of Mommark is nearby. For fishing enthusiasts, there are very good fishing opportunities all along the coast of Als Island. Mommark is also a perfect starting point for trips to Danfoss Universe, the castles in Gråsten and Sønderborg and Dybbøl Banke. It is also wonderful to stroll in Sønderborg.

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Lage

Leider war das Haus bei Anreise nicht sauber überall Staub, Krümel, Haare im Waschbecken, Fenster voller Abdrücke und sehr viel Staub. Wir haben dann erstmal geputzt. Die Terasse war in sehr schlechtem Zustand , Nägel schauten heraus, alles schon sehr brüchig, barfuß nicht zu begehen. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und kaum einsehbar. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet.
