Our holiday farmhouse SONDERBYGAARD has three units:
- Apartments GALLERY
- Apartment VENSTRE
- Apartment ROMANTIC

On the large, park-like natural plot (about 8.500 square meters) with old trees, there are large playgrounds, a vegetable and flower garden and a small duck pond. Both apartments are spread over two floors and offer space for max. 6 persons. On the ground floor (some with underfloor heating) are: kitchen (fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob / oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, good equipment), dining / living room with fireplace, stereo, TV (satellite), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (WC + shower).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living area and another bathroom (WC / bath).

Idyllisch gelegen
Das war unser erster Urlaub in Dänemark, und bestimmt nicht unser letzter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung: idyllisch gelegen, gute Aufteilung, schöner Garten zum Verweilen. Ein idealer Platz um sich selbst zu besuchen. :-)
Ein Strandimbiss für die schnelle Küche ist auch in Laufnähe.
Sabine und Matthias sind sehr herzlich und so unkompliziert! Die Kommunikation verlief bestens, und es wurde auch nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen, etc.
Bei allen Punkten gibt es 5 Sterne. Bei Sauberkeit gibt es 4 Sterne, da m.E. eine volle Punktzahl auf einem ländlichen Anwesen so gut wie unmöglich ist.

Wir hatten kurzfristig auf die Wohnung ROMANTIK gewechselt. Die Wohnung, der Garten und allgemein die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig und ideal zur Erholung.

Geborgener, schönster, ästhetischer Nostalgie Traum
so ein Frieden und so eine Idylle-
ich glaube WIR HATTEN die SCHÖNSTE WOHNUNG in der gesamten GEGEND:
Alt und nostalgisch, ein bißchen NOBEL mit großem PARK Grundstück in Alleinlage UND in Meeresnähe.
Alles so schön nicht überlaufen ist Dänemark in dieser Gegend ...
und echt super nette menschliche Vermieter.
Linke und mittlere Wohnung:
Jede Partei hat ihren Teil des sehr großenGartengrundstücks,
fast so als wohnte man ganz alleine dort. Gut durchdacht !
ein eigener Park mit kleinem blauen Streifen Meer am Horizont hinter gelbem Kornfeld:
Rosen und Hortensien, wild und gepflegt zugleich! Einfach wunderschön!
alte Steinmauern unterm Reetdach, innen liebevoll stilecht und passend geschmackvoll dekoriert,
alles Nötige vorhanden, einfache Möbel und dazwischen wieder eine tolle "alte" DekoIdee, passend zum Alter des Hauses von 1820 !
(Für Gehbehinderte:
ist der Zugang zum Garten nicht optimal, aber das haben wir in Kauf genommen, weil es eben so "schön echt alt" ist mit den Original Steinen im Hof im Eingangs und Treppchenbereich.)
Locker- freundschaftliche Vermieter, wir konnten sogar noch eine Nacht früher anreisen wegen der Hitze,
alles so einfach und natürlich.
Da fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause und willkommen.
Sie waren sehr bemüht um uns und wir haben uns gut verstanden.
Danke dafür !
Ich empfehle alles und alle unbedingt weiter-
die einzige Schwachstelle war die Sauberkeit:
sie war gerade ausreichend.
Da ich z.Z. selber ein Haus renoviere, hätte ich mich in meinem Jahresurlaub über geputzte Fenster -
insb. um den schönen Ausblick noch besser genießen zu können,
und keinen Staub im Geschirr Regal gefreut, auch der Staubsauger schwächelte.
Alles vermutlich auch wegen Corona, da die Wohnung länger leer stand und die Lage mit den Putzkräften z.Z. schwierig ist, wie mir meine Vermieter mitteilten.
Verständnis dafür ist klar, mir sind
solche Vermieter lieber als sterile Perfektionisten, die nicht so nett sind, nur hat eben dadurch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I gefehlt.
Ich wünsche dem Paar, dass sich das noch einrenkt, dann hätte ich 200 % gegeben ;))
Auch dass der Strom noch extra berechnet wurde war -stand das irgendwo im Kleingedruckten?
Lächelnd: Ich würde wieder hinfahren !!!

Ruhige und naturnahe Unterkunft
Wir waren von der Lage und Atmosphäre des Hauses begeistert. Der Vermieter Matthias Schmitz ist absolut sympathisch und sehr bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
