The Apartment is the lower level of two storey house with separate access. Easy eight minute stroll to Avalon village and beach.
The large lounge has an extra foldaway queen bed, motorised blinds, pull across insect netting to allow cool evenings with the balcony doors open. The Apartment is very private and quiet, looking out onto a enclosed garden suitable for your trained dog. The fully equiped kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave, clothes dryer and fridge.
Plenty of storage cupboards with an airing room with extra towels and sheets.
Bathroom has a walk in shower, heated underfloor and hot towel rail.
Bedroom has a queen bed and there is cot and highchair available if requested, extra children could also use an inflatable queen bed.
Plenty of unmetered parking on the street in front of the house.
