The Space:
This large, split-level Federation-style home in Coogee has been beautifully renovated within the past 12 months, blending its original charm—like high ceilings and classic features—with modern comforts throughout.

Upstairs (street level) features a generous master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, and a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space that opens onto a balcony with ocean views and a BBQ—perfect for entertaining.

Downstairs offers even more space with a second double bedroom, a full bathroom plus an additional toilet, and a huge second living area or rumpus room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a private backyard, ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
