I am 6ft 2inches and the bed was too small for me ..its length was 192mm less then the Australian Standard of over 200mm .... most upset ...eventually they moved me to a bigger bed but still refused to accept the beds were not up to King Size length I am looking for some sort of refund for two nights of sub standard conditions. I was running an event and it definitely affected my performance due to my lack of sleep due to being uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable room. Although older style it wasn’t tired and the rooms are a good size equipped with quality soaps, shampoos etc. Competent and attentive staff and beautiful well kept gardens. I’d definitely stay here again. Excellent value for a quick getaway!

First stayed here in 1974 being near new it was great. Came back in 2012-13 when it was waldorf apartments, it was great. This time around i would say that 3.5 stars is very generous, the staff were friendly and helpful, after playing musical rooms to find an air conditioner that worked we settled in. The room was fine though showing its age, the bed was acceptable, a toaster would be great, i realise this would conflict with your breakfast offering, though $50 for 2 for toast and cereal and lousy coffee is a bit rude.now to the shower which in a word was GROTTY shower recesses should be spotless, photos included, i dont believe we will be back

Nice place & not too far from town with big rooms, although the bathroom was a big pokey & the shower was a bit dated. Parking was a bit tight where our room was, but there were other spots that had plenty of room,

We stayed here 2 nights while doing the Grand Cliff Top Walk. It was excellent, with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, too, with all we needed to fuel us for our days’ walks. The staff there and in reception were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute drive into Leura town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice views. They need to fix the tap in the bathroom sink as it was very loose probably due to guest needing to fill kettle and the tap is too short. It would be great if the tap was higher. The only other thing that was a problem was the parking, very small and tight car spots especially for 4wheel drives and large utes Staff were pleasant to deal with. The Resort was close to all the Blue mountains have to offer. We would definitely stay there again.
