Situated in the bustling and charming suburb of Surry hills, you are just moments away from all the bars, restaurants, galleries, parks and attractions this inner city area has to offer. With easy access to the light rail and plenty of nearby parklands, this is the perfect spot for inner city living! Don't hesitate to contact us with questions via email or text message.
- Quiet time after 10 p.m. Any noise does resonate with the apartments downstairs.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Maximum apartment capacity is 5 people.
- Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
- No pets allowed.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Please close the windows and lock the door.

Charming and in a perfect location
My wife and I loved our stay at this charming, bright apartment. Check in was super easy and Tia was always reachable and communicative even when working through VRBO’s international billing process. The location of the apartment is in prime Surry Hills, walkable to so many restaurants and the fantastic Bourke st. Bakery, as well as the light rail. The apartment was very clean, got great sunlight, had easy to use laundry, great internet connectivity, and was well furnished. No complaints; we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tia!
