6. Pets & Children • No pets. • Not suitable for children under 5 unless particularly quiet.
7. Security & Keys • Lock all doors and windows when leaving. • Lost keys incur a $160 replacement fee. • Guests are responsible for damage or loss during their stay.

The flat was clean and exactly in the right area with easy access to the centre of Sydney. There was an abundance of good restaurants in the surrounding streets and also a supermarket with-in walking distance. The bakery around the corner was fantastic. All in all a great stay. The only criticsm was that it is an older property and is split level and has a number of stairs which although not a problem for us might before the the less able.

Charming and in a perfect location
My wife and I loved our stay at this charming, bright apartment. Check in was super easy and Tia was always reachable and communicative even when working through VRBO’s international billing process.
The location of the apartment is in prime Surry Hills, walkable to so many restaurants and the fantastic Bourke st. Bakery, as well as the light rail. The apartment was very clean, got great sunlight, had easy to use laundry, great internet connectivity, and was well furnished. No complaints; we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tia!
