The staff are what make this a luxury hotel

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and there are many luxury hotels. But often the service does not match the price. This is absolutely not the case with the W. The hotel is stunning and the service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond. Every single person we encountered was fantastic. Would happily stay again. Planning our just visit.

Friendly customer service ensured a smooth check-in experience. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room. The spa bath was exceptionally large and relaxing. The service from the rooftop bar was also exceptional, providing a delightful ambiance.

Check in was easy and service was fantastic. The place was really nice and view was spectacular. The bed is incredibly comfortable and room is dark in the morning. The bathroom is super dark though.
