Spacious 50 sqm Non smoking apartment with balcony in Chapter 4. Stock of the apartment house (lift). Lounge with dining area, sitting room with double sofa bed. Kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, microwave. Tableware and household articles for daily use are available. Double bedroom facing the courtyard. Bathroom with shower / WC. Parking fee can be hired (10 Euro per day) The car park is located in the immediate vicinity (Andreas-Dirk-Straße / Hotel Roth). If you need a parking space, please specify when booking! Bed linen and towel laundry included. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard. For backyard only guests / owners have access.

Zentrale Lage, 4. Etage=Helle Räume, für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz, Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Die Fewo zeichnet sich besonders durch die zentrale Lage an der Friedrichstraße aus. Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küchenzeile fehlt.
