B. open fireplace in the living room, smaller wellness area with access to the garden etc. The interior design as well as the quiet, yet central location with the well-tended garden directly into the Friedrichshain forest - just 5 minutes from the beach - are not only a rarity on the island. The Landhaus Friedrichshain can be reached via a small cul-de-sac branching off from Norderstrasse. Particularly noteworthy is the house-in-house concept of the apartment. The apartment has its own two-wing, ground-level entrance and, in addition to the country-style living room with a bay window, has 6 sleeping options in 3 separate bedrooms (two of them equipped with LCD satellite TV and one with a French bed), as well as two spacious bathrooms , Vacation categories • Vacation on the beachObject descriptionOutdoor area The spacious garden that merges into the Friedrichshain forest radiates harmony and tranquility. From your terrace you can enjoy the view not only of a well-tended garden, but also of the forest directly adjacent to the property. A marked parking space is available for the apartment. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used by all guests free of charge. A small wellness area with sauna, which runs via a coin operated machine, is accessible from the garden for all guests. Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir reisten mit Großeltern und Kind an und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Frau am Check-In war bereits sehr freundlich und ebnete damit den Weg in einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben in super Lage und in gutem Zustand. Bis auf den Fußboden war an der Sauberkeit auch nichts zu bemängeln. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft wieder nutzen. (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 1 Hund)
