Möbel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlt eine Ablage im Badezimmer. Die Garage (Duplex) ist ohne Einweisung eine echte Zumutung, der untere Parkplatz muss ganz rechts angefahren werden, ansonsten bekommt man die Fahrertür nicht auf, da die Nachbargarage mit ihrer Plattform höher liegt. Ein angeforderter Techniker hat auf die Besonderheit hingewiesen. Ansonsten traumhaft zentrale Lage, ruhig. Manchmal Geruchsbelästigung durch benachbartes Restaurant. Trotzdem empfehlenswert Appartement!

Die Residenz Bismarck liegt sehr zentral. Alles (Strand, Bäcker, Läden, etc.) ist in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal (in verschiedenen Apartments) dort. Die Ausstattung ist, da ja verschiedene Besitzer, in jedem Apartment anders. Wir hatten aber nie eine Beanstandung. Haben für das nächste Jahr bereits wieder dort gebucht.
