Sehr gute Lage mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Friedrichstraße. Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig, hat eine gute Ausstattung und großzügige Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Küche ist relativ klein mit wenig Stauraum. Für Familien, die viel kochen wollen, nicht unbedingt geeignet. Ein Strandkorb auf der Terrasse wäre toll gewesen.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind top! Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Einzig das Lüftungssystem ist störend. Im unteren Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer macht die Lüftung ein Dauergeräusch. Die Lüftung des oberen Badezimmers geht zum Garten und zum oberen Schlafzimmer. Bei Benutzung des Badezimmers rauscht auch diese recht lange und laut.
