ADA Communication cottages are intended for audio/visual impairments and provide audible, visual doorbell and fire alarm communication. The cottage includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite along with two additional bedrooms with two full XL beds in each.
You’ll also find surprising extras, including your own pontoon boat for the length of your stay, as well as exclusive access to a heated pool and playground. This idyllic getaway is Sylvan Beach’s premier vacation rental destination.

The kids really enjoyed playing in the playground. Sitting around a campfire making s'mores was the perfect way to end the night for all ages. Beautiful units and pontoon boat and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
