Tricherie sur le nombre de chambres

Nous devions avoir 3 chambres individuelles. Ça n'a pas été le cas. J'ai du mettre un matelas par terre dans l'entrée/salon. En faite il n'y avait qu'une vraie chambre indépendante. Dans l'entrée il y avait une mezzanine avec 2 lit simples cote à cote, sans autre meuble. Même pas des lampes de chevet. Cette entrée/mezzanine étant orientée à l'est, le Soleil entrait à flot dès 5h30 car il n'y avait pas de volet ou de rideaux. Nous avons fermé avec du carton trouvé dans la rue. L'eau n'est pas potable, il faut la faire bouillir. Il manquait de récipient. Bref nous avons été très déçu du logement et de l'accueil, à peine 5 min alors que nous avions payé un supplément. Nous avons eu le sentiment d'être arnaquées, ce qui est préjudiciable et regrettable pour l'image de la Sicile.
