Experiencia horrible!!

Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia terrible!!!!
