Great stay in Syracuse

Clean, comfortable stay in the heart of the Ortigia Island area of Syracuse. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and rooftop bar area. We coordinated with the hotel for valet parking which was helpful given density of the area and limited parking options. Convenient location with easy access to most of the key sites in the area.

Hotel is very central, close to everything. In 10 to 15 minutes by foot, you reach everything. Several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Very good buffet breakfast at hotel. Many options for every taste. The room was very spacious, and the French balcony was a nice bonus. Fun to do people watching from the balcony! The 3rd floor terrasse was very nice, and Taylor was a good drink mixer. The hotel personnel was simply amazing. Thank you Francesca, Viola, Bernadette and Daniele. You made our stay unforgettable.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Room very clean and well maintained. We stayed for ome week.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. From check-in, wine on the terrace to the breakfast in the morning, we were given first rate service. The reception staff, Francesa and Bernadetta, suggested wonderful restaurants and facilitated the arrival transportation from the airport and departure support for our rental car to set us on our way to enjoy the rest of our tour around Sicily. Great way to start our adventure!!

Highly recommend this little hotel. We had such a great stay. The hotel is in a very central position in Oritigia. Great breakfasts and a very comfortable room with a balcony looking over one the the main pedestrian streets, but best of all was the team at the hotel who couldn't of been more helpful and welcoming. We hope to return some day.

Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking and pay there. We needed help to find the hotel property and this took lots of texts.

Staff excellent- friendly, polite, helpful. Fabulous location, right in the middle of Ortigia but hotel itself an oasis of calm. Family room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast buffet standard/good. Terrace bar nice to have but small with limited opening - still can’t believe they don’t know what a limoncello spritz is, when it’s so popular elsewhere - but tried hard to accommodate. In summary we were very very happy of our choice of hotel in Ortigia.

Amazing staff and perfect location!

We would absolutely stay here again. Everything was fantastic. Service is exemplary and the location is perfect. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We were leaving before breakfast so they offered to pack us a breakfast box to go, which was a nice touch and was perfect for our train ride. Our sea view room was amazing. You should stay here!
