All in all a very good hotel

Nice service, clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast lacking a bit, but otherwise perfect stay.

Leider war der Aufenthalt etwas zwiegespalten, Personal, Service, Parken und auch Hilfsbereitschaft war wirklich toll, ebenso das Essen im - leider etwas ungemütlichen - Restaurant, ABER: das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, man dachte, die Personen im Nebenzimmer, die sich unterhalten haben, würden sich im eigenen - leider recht kleinen - Zimmer befinden und ehrlich, man möchte doch nicht hören, wie lange und ausgiebig jemand auf die Toilette geht und pullert….

Der Auffenthalt war total durchwachsen. Bei Ankunft gute Parkmöglichkeiten und eine super nette Dame am Empfang. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich schön aber ein kleines Bett für 2 Menschen (max 1.40) und nur eine Bettdecke, die eine Singlebettdecke war. Ea war super kompliziert ein zweites Bettdeck zu bekommen. Die Nacht war ok aber man hörte die Zimmernachbarn durch die geteilte Tür deutlich. Es gab wenig Stauraum im Zimmer und die Aussicht war nicht schön. Das Frühstück war super! Wirklich toll. Die Dame, die den Empfang beim Checkout besetzte war borderlinish unfreundlich. Für uns kommt ein zweiter Aufenthalt nicht in Frage.

Hotel ist für eine Durchreise oder Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Leider wurde versucht 2 mal der Zimmerpreis erneut zu kassieren. Bei An und Abreise 😡 Dann wurde uns auch noch ein schlechteres Zimmer gegeben, da wir über Expedia gebucht haben. Auf der Rechnung stand erst Zimmer 190 und beim Checkin wurde es dann schnell auf Zimmer 116 geändert. Sonst war Alles super. Frühstück, selbst das Zimmer was wir dann hatten. War eh nur für 1 Nacht
