Perfect for motorsport teams, drivers, technicians, and groups attending tests and races at the circuit, thanks to its large parking area for 15 vehicles and secure space for motorhomes and trailers.



The villa features 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 3 bathrooms with hairdryers. The private kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances. Amenities include air conditioning, fans, a 65" flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a workspace. The villa has step-free access and an accessible design for easy mobility.



Outside, enjoy a private garden, heated indoor pool, football goals on grass, umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, and seating areas. There is an outdoor shower, private barbecue, wood-burning fireplace with oven, and a climate-controlled wine cellar. The 70 m² dining room is ideal for team meetings and celebrations.
