Though, I truly regret that you consider our bed to be too hard. Our rooms do not have a fridge however there is a fridge in the hotel where you can store your food and drinks, you may coordinate with our front desk next time should you wish to have your food and drinks stored in the fridge and we would gladly assist you. Dirty, staff never understand simple instructions

Even if you put sign on the doorknob “Dont Disturb” still they go inside the room without permissions.

Rude staff, reception staff has no proper training

Knocking the door at midnight asking for money...rooms are too many different things on repair, had to transfer 4 times from room to the next since arrived and checked in...
