A vibrant, thriving, walkable community. 6th Ave has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, day spas and shopping in the city. A short drive or bicycle ride away is Point Ruston, Proctor District, Theaters, Metropolitan market, downtown Tacoma, McMenamins, Point defiance zoo and aquarium, Ruston Way boardwalk on the waterfront and many beautiful parks.
