Not a kid friendly hotel. Other casino/hotels allow kids to walk to the restaurants (escorted and some not escorted), this one does not. The only available option for breakfast outside the casino is very limited on food options. Pool is very small 3'3" to 3'9", but the pictures look bigger. Hot tub was good. Temperature could be more hot though. I was surprised there was no microwave in the room, making food options even more limited. Most of the staff was great. A few at the front desk could be more inviting though. Housekeeping staff was really pleasant.

Theo made the check in process quick and easy. He was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rain shower was great. I wish the room had a microwave and glass cups for water. The room service menu had limited items. Thankfully, there are many delicious food options minutes from the Casino. The bath towels were thin and rough. Overall, great value for a quick overnight stay.

All the staff throughout the hotel and casino were super friendly and helpful. Quick check in, clean room with no weird odors, comfy bed and pillows. Loved the shower head. Only suggestion would be complementary bottled water and availability for late checkout.
