Cozy Camper in the <3 of Tacoma is a cute little 21 Foot Camper Travel Trailer that will sleep 5 comfortably (2 Adults and 3 Childrens). You will have all the comforts of home as if you were renting a one bedroom fully furnished Apartment. All your needs will be met for a weekend stay or however long you wish to stay. Can be a little of roughing it, picture that you are camping. One up from camping with a tent and one down from staying in a hotel.
* Less than 10 minutes to downtown Tacoma.
* Never own a Camper Trailer and would like to see what is it like to sleep / stay the night in one? You may one day buy your very own to experience MORE! :D
* Ever wonder what it is like to live in a Tiny House On and Off Grid?
* The space: The Camper has a queen bunk bed and twin, a small couch that folds out into a small queen, with added mattress for more comfort and the dining table also drops into a small twin, room for additional guest if needed.
* Clean pillow and sheets are provided, Blankets.
* An Ozone generator is run, and the entire camper is clean / sanitized complete for our guest.
* Renter has the option if they wish to of emptying the black and gray tanks, a through block of instructions will be provided on how to.
* Guest access: The Camper Trailer is situated in a fenced area on the corner of the property. Easy access and can access the Camper Trailer at your own convenience with a combination lock. Solar light motion sensor around the camper.
* Other things to note: Please have respect for other tenants on the property. You are welcome to ask questions, they are well aware of renters that arrive. Tenants are all friendly and longtime tenants.
