Walk out to the fully fenced back yard and relax on the converted Trex like deck. Walk upstairs to the two bedrooms, the master and guest bathrooms as well as the laundry area. Pass through the master bedroom's French doors to the deck/balcony and enjoy the sun or stargaze during the night. A detached 2-car garage is accessed from the alley behind the property.

Immaculately maintained and updated home has !440 SQF, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Open concept on the main floor from the kitchen to the family and dining room. The entry way through the updated kitchen has new tile flooring while the rest of the main floor has beautiful hardwood floors.

Guests will be able to enter the home via the front and back doors, special codes will be assigned to gain entry through the Smart Lock systems. Guests will have full access and privacy to the entire residence.

Wedding weekend

As the groom, I stayed here so I could be close to the Home Course golf course where I got married at. It is very close to the course, so running errands between the Vrbo and course was easy. The house was cozy. Big living room with connecting kitchen with stools. Back patio as well with a nice garden. Very large closet in the master bedroom which also has a balcony above the back patio. 2.5 bathrooms. Very large couch downstairs with large screen TV. Safe and family oriented neighborhood. Driving distance to Fort Lewis and Steilacoom (which is a scenic town with about three bars). Large double door refrigerator. Great place. Modern decor with personal charm.

Visiting family in Dupont

Convenient and comfortable home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pans so I (mom) was able to cook many homemade dinners while visiting our son.
