Close to the convention centre. Our room was next to the elevator and it was noisy and the white sound machine was too noisy for us as well. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help out but unfortunately no other rooms were available. Would not recommend a room next to the elevator.

Hotel not as good as it once was.

I stay at Hotel Murano quite a bit. I live close by but it’s a convenient spot for a little bit of peace and quiet or for times I need to be at the convention center. The hotel has definitely aged and is due for an update but it seems to have really gotten bad just recently. The room I got this weekend the ceiling had cracks and paint peeling off. The bedspread had a rust stain that was very obvious. Room also had no phone. All this could be overlooked if the service was great. And it has been great. That’s why I go there instead of other options. But this weekend the staff at the check in counter were just rude. I had to call front desk ( with my cell) and was hung up on. When I called again a different person answered and denied that the other person had hung up on me. It was frustrating and made me rethink staying here again. Is it under new management?

Pretty cool place. Elevators were very slow / only one running at at time - even at check in / check out times, so that was weird. Parking at night can be a little interesting, but you'll find a spot. I'd def come back again.

Perhaps at one time this hotel was nice and new, however that was a few years ago. It really needs to be upgraded and they charge for everything, even water, parking, no perks for VIP, even to take the elevator you have to wait your turn, because there are 3 elevators and are full at all times, I will not stay here again.
