Beautifully appointed hotel with incredible collection of glass art. Very unique. Doesn’t feel like a typical hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. And the hotel is really quiet. You don’t hear hardly any traffic despite its downtown location.

Generally positive stay

I rated the stay 4 stars because of 4 reasons. I think the quality of the toilet paper is not on the same level of everything else in the hotel. It was rough. The coffee in the room and in the restaurant is just too dark. Not even drinkable. The beds are too high. There should be step stools available and the availability should be mentioned at check in. Finally, the door to the parking lot is on a lower level. But I didn’t see an elevator. I had to do stairs with my creaky aching knees and hips. I realize I’m probably not in your target demographic but this is the reason. I would still definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Honestly, for the price point, it is totally worth it. There are a couple of larger brand name, hotels nearby that don’t even include parking. This property is certainly great for its value.

Overall good. There was a lineup to use the elevators. Parking is $28 USD which is quite steep. I did not get the microwave I requested for. Must be a busy weekend. The room was clean though and very convenient to get to and from the dome.

This property is a catfish hotel. Pictures are great online but when you see the rooms in person looks nothing like the pictures and the rooms were not well kept and they definitely don’t replace all towels in the room since we found one with yellow stuff on it and makeup smears. Place is just not well cleaned.
