Great location, excellent communication with the host. Lots of kitchen things excellent dish ware etc. very welcoming with wine and coffee. We loved everything but the weather….LOL. But we were visiting family so it was all good. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a few days for my daughter's choir event at the Convention Center in downtown Tacoma. Staying in a hotel doesn't work well for our family of 5, most hotels can't accommodate us in one room and 2 rooms is too expensive, so we searched on vrbo and found this lovely house. It was a great option for us, only about a 9-minute drive from the convention center. And it actually cost us less and gave us so much more space than a hotel room would have. 6th Ave is a very short 1-minute walk from the house. It has lots of places to eat and some fun shops, like a record store and comic bookstore. Our host was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend.

We spent an 'away from home' thanksgiving at this lovely and cozy home. It was exceptionally well equipped - often rentals are sadly inadequate for real cooking and family hangouts. This home was nearly perfect. It was also walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Host communications were excellent. 10/10...and I have been renting for 25 years

The neighborhood was perfect for family fun and it’s so close to everything. So much room for everyone. Having a whole kitchen was nice too! The only thing I’d say I’d like to see is better parking options. This will be our go to rental when we come into town from now on.

We had an excellent experience at Just Off 6th Ave. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The host, Shannon, was very responsive. The house had lots of extras to make it feel like home away from home. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and also had a nice barbecue and little fire pit which we used to make s’mores with the family. It was clean, too.

Absolutely beautiful home!! The hosts were incredibly responsive to my obnoxious number of questions, including very last minute ones regarding parking (like, 1/2 mile away panicking last minute). The home is just as pictured, 3 bedrooms, all fantastic. We were only here for 2 days but we'd absolutely stay again. The neighborhood was amazing and as a group of traveling women, we felt safe the entire time we were there. Many places to eat within walking distance (E9 IS SO GOOD!) and a lot of cool shops to see while in the area. Parking was a breeze. Literally no issues whatsoever.

Great little home and neighborhood

The property is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the pantry is well stocked. The street is quiet and parking was never an issue. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and nightlife on 6th Ave. I’ll definitely be back!!
