RELAX & PLAY OUTSIDE

The outdoor space is one of the highlights of The Orchard at Magnolia.

Soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the Pacific Northwest, gather around the fire pit, cook dinner on the BBQ, relax on the deck, or unwind in the hammock beneath the trees.

Kids and adults can enjoy our collection of bikes and scooters, including children`s bikes and a trike. You`ll also find two basketball hoops with basketballs and a tree swing for even more outdoor fun.

The Orchard at Magnolia features 4 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms across two levels, giving families and groups room to spread out.

Inside you`ll find comfortable gathering spaces, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and the everyday conveniences that make longer stays easier.

FULL KITCHEN + COFFEE STATION

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, dining essentials, and plenty of space for preparing meals.

Take an evening soak in the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit when conditions permit.

For everyone`s safety, children under 13 are not permitted in the hot tub. Guests are expected to follow all posted hot tub and property safety rules.

PET-FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome with prior approval.

Up to 2 approved dogs under 50 lbs each may stay at the property. Additional pet fees and house rules apply.

GENEROUS PRIVATE PARKING

Bringing multiple vehicles? We`ve got room.

The property offers a large private parking area, and designated grass parking may also be used when additional parking is needed.

OPTIONAL VEHICLE & BOAT RENTALS

Want even more flexibility during your stay?

Two vehicles may be available for guests to rent separately, subject to availability, eligibility requirements, additional terms, and separate payment.

A boat may also be available for separate rental. Guests renting the boat must have an appropriate truck and towing setup and meet all applicable requirements.

Vehicle and boat rentals are not included with the vacation-rental reservation and must be arranged separately.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other outdoor noise at a respectful level during these hours.

SMOKING & VAPING — OUTDOORS ONLY
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts and other smoking materials safely and never leave them on the deck, lawn, driveway, or grounds.

HOT TUB
For health and safety reasons, children under 13 are not permitted in the hot tub due to the elevated water temperature.

Guests ages 13–17 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the hot tub.

Please shower before entering the hot tub. No glass containers, food, smoking, or vaping are permitted in or around the hot tub.

Please replace and secure the hot tub cover after every use. Do not sit, stand, walk on, or place objects on the hot tub cover. Guests are responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the hot tub or its cover.

FIRE PIT & BBQ GRILL
Never leave the fire pit or BBQ grill unattended while in use. Children and pets must remain a safe distance away. Please completely extinguish the fire when finished and use all equipment responsibly.

BIKES, SCOOTERS, TRIKE & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The Orchard at Magnolia provides bikes, children`s bikes, scooters, a trike, basketball hoops and balls, a tree swing, and other outdoor recreation for guests to enjoy.

Children must be appropriately supervised while using recreational equipment. Please return bikes, scooters, balls, and other equipment to their designated areas after use.

Guests use recreational equipment and outdoor amenities at their own risk and are responsible for using them appropriately.

PETS
Approved pets are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs each is permitted with prior approval. Please clean up after your pets and properly dispose of pet waste. Pets should not create excessive noise or cause damage to the home, furnishings, or grounds.

REGISTERED GUESTS & VISITORS
Please respect the number of overnight guests listed on your reservation. Additional visitors or gatherings must receive prior approval from Magnolia Property Rentals.

GATHERINGS & EVENTS
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Certain gatherings or events may be approved in advance. Please contact Magnolia Property Rentals before your stay to discuss approval and any additional requirements that may apply.

PARKING
The property offers generous private parking. Guests may also park in designated grass areas when additional parking is needed. Please keep entrances, access areas, and neighboring properties clear.

RESPECT THE HOME & PROPERTY
Please treat The Orchard at Magnolia as you would your own home. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors, and please take reasonable care of the home`s furnishings, appliances, recreational equipment, and outdoor amenities.

SAFETY & SUPERVISION
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the property, particularly around the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, tree swing, bikes, scooters, basketball equipment, and other outdoor areas.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please follow the checkout instructions provided with your reservation so our team can prepare The Orchard at Magnolia for the next guests.
