The Hotel charged me a $50 dollar fee to check in 15 mins early at 12:45pm instead of waiting till 1pm on top of that they lost power for nearly two hours right after i checked in leaving me on the 4th floor with no access to the elevators running water heat and the toilets wouldn't flush. I checked out the same day due to the power outage at 5pm and they refused to refund any of my money paid for the stay and were condescending and rude when I asked about a partial refund. Quote from the manager I spoke to on the phone " Why would we refund you what would you do if you lost power at home just leave" I stayed for approximately 4 hours and of those 4 hours almost two hours I had no heat, lights, water and a toilet that had been used and unable to flush it. I would stay somewhere else if I were you.

The property needs an update. They were updating the interior walls, but the furniture is old, the entire place felt old, but was clean. Friendly staff. Safe environment. The bed was comfy & comfy pillows, 5 stars for that, which is super important. I had a good night sleep.
