Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it

They upgraded us to their sister hotel called Porta Cervino which was amazing. Brand new rooms, soft towels, luxury bedding. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They spoke English. I would 100% stay here again. 10 minute ride to Zermat.

Too small for three person, no fridge in the room, the park was payable , even it was declared self parking available but no notification we should pay parking, no ventilation in the room. Third bed is uncomfortable

Restaurant was closed for the season. We bought our own meals from the supermarket and ate at the lounge area comfortably. I especially liked the spa and gym room at the basement where you workout or rest your body after a long day of walk. The facilities are well maintained and clean
