Waterfront property with 3ft to 4ft deep water right off the house and with a new 300-foot pier. Great for fishing and swimming in Copano Bay. Parking for a boat and launch 5 mins away.

Both homes are ready to be occupied. The main house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 9.
Chill on the wrapped porch on the backside, sit on the waters edge, and enjoy the sunset. Dolphins swim in the bay and will occasionally come close.
