Had a wonderful stay at Summit Ridge! The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Check-in was smooth, and the front office team greeted us with genuine smiles. They provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at Quest Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It looks like a new hotel in terms of cleanliness and the staff are very helpful. The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries. And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel

Very,nice, staff, incredible. I would recommend this hotel to any one I know.the staff, food, convenience, and attentiveness, is very good. Ace, was a nice person for our escort to sky ranch. Had private walk way for sky ranch. The live music, for breakfast was very nice and took my request's. Pool side, was a guy who’s worked there for 15 years. Given the greatest pool side service.
