L'appartement est grand, propre, bien équipé. Il est proche de la mer, des bars, des restaurants et des glaciers. Le parking est facile dans les rues adjacentes. Cependant Il y avait peu de pression d'eau au niveau des douches et de mauvaises odeurs était présentes dans les 2 salles de bains.
