Whether you’re here for a summer escape or a winter ski lease, you’ll find yourself surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of Alpine Meadows, Olympic Valley, and the deep blue waters of the lake.

The Space
Step inside to an open-concept living area featuring vaulted mountain-style ceilings, a classic stone fireplace, and slate floors with radiant heating to keep you cozy. The home is thoughtfully decorated with authentic Tahoe antiques, creating a warm, "old-world" charm.

Gourmet Ready: A well-equipped kitchen and dining area are separated by a convenient wet bar—perfect for entertaining.

Outdoor Access: Large sliding glass doors lead to an expansive deck with direct access to a network of hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails right in your backyard.

Sleeping Quarters: The traditional floor plan features four upstairs bedrooms, including a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, and a private balcony boasting spectacular lake views. Three additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed, a full bed, and two sets of bunks.

🐶 Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! This unit is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your dog along for your Tahoe adventure.

Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.

Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans, while A/C is rare in Tahoe, we’ve provided fans to keep that fresh mountain air circulating!


*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given.

Ski Getaway

Very clean and well stocked. If you enjoy cooking you will appreciate this home. Easy check in and no issues during our stay. Easily fit our party of seven. Great location, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family stay

We had a lovely time staying at this cozy and upgraded townhome. We loved the views, the community hot tub, walking around the forested area with our dog. It was super well equipped and really close drive to Palisades ski resort. Most fun were the heated floors:) we highly recommend this place.

Relaxing fun trip!

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities enjoyable for families with kids - swimming pool, playground. We stayed 2 nights for a weekend in August. Activities/Restaurants/Grocery: It is very close to Commons beach, and all the restaurants and activities near there. We also went to Kings Beach which is a short 20 minute drive away. Comforts of the home: the home itself is very comfortable. The kids slept in the bunk bed and enjoyed it. The home has memories of the owners and reminds the guest of the lovely time they have had in Tahoe over the years. The patio overlooking the lake is very cozy and relaxing. The only downside for a summer visit might be no air conditioning - but it wasn’t a big deal for us as we used window fans, and the home does cool down at night. All in all, it was a great experience for us.

My wife, daughter and I stayed over Christmas. The house is well appointed and super comfortable. It was close to the resorts we were skiing at. Can’t wait to come back!
