Lovely staff and great coffee in the lobby. We had a great stay once we got the room warmed up. Heater fan is loud and can be disruptive for sleep so you want to bring earplugs. Overall good, I would rebook.

all of the above. it was quite, but I didn't have any neighbors to judge it by, which was great. the only weird thing was my room had a glass bathroom door, which woke up my wife when I used the bathroom, and vice versa. it also let in the sun from the bathroom window waking us up.

These were such cute cabins with the best amenities (smores, fire pit, hot tub, pool) and a very kind and friendly staff. Clean and centrally located, I will definitely be back.

I would have given it more stars, even thoughwe had several issues from the get go, but the negative attitude of the manager of this property prompted me to give 1 star. We got into our suite for a 3 night stay, and immediately noticed that the sheets weren't clean, as well as the comforter. We even found an eyelash extension under the comforter!! We asked them to redo the bed with new sheets, which was done, but we shouldn't even have to find dirty stuff on bed on checking in. That night we found out that the refrigerator was making this constant knocking noise. As we'd move in late pm and their staff leave at 5 pm, I emailed them that night (never gets checked) and let them know in the morning, as we couldn't sleep because of it. I was assured it'll be handled, only to find out that nothing was done! Same conatant knocking noise. By this time the front desk said it's after 5 and nothing could be done. Thus morning (our last day), this individual at the front desk tells me the only thing he could do is to move us to another room. So instead of simply replacing this really small 10-11 cu ft fridge with a properly working one, he expects me to spent our vacation time to pack all of our luggage and belongings, take it to another room, unpack it again

The room was nice. The hot tub was full of foam. that was nasty. they only had coffee and tea in the morning in the lodge. The lodge isn't used. the kitchen isn't used. the dining room isn't used. it's an okay place.

Hot water went out the evening prior to our departure, staff did little to remedy the problem, offered for us to shower in another room across the entire complex, no hot water at night or in the morning, staff offered nothing off other than sorry, our plumber will be here tomorrow. Horrible! Showering in another room would have required me to pack up 3 kids and lug our luggage there and back for 4 plus showers, not what I want to do or my kids on a vacation

I really wanted to enjoy our stay. While the cabin was cozy, it was not properly cleaned. Dog hair covered the floors, the extra blankets were dirty, and the towels were worn and dingy. A pipe burst in our room, damaging personal belongings, and after it was repaired, the area was only wiped with a towel rather than thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness did not match the price, better housekeeping and updated linens would have been nice, as well as some acknowledgment of the issue of the pipe bursting in our room. A call from management would have made a world of a difference.
