Pros: hotel staff was amazing! We had an issue with our room and it was handled to our full satisfaction. A simple breakfast was provided and drinks/snacks available 24/7. Con’s: the hotel is quite dated. The first room we had smelled damp and the beds were soft. Thanks to the hotel staff, we were moved to a room that did not smell damp and the beds were firm. The hotel was closer to a 3.5/5 but we rounded up because of the staff.

The staff were really kind, there were plenty of good amenities like coin laundry, water bottles in rooms, and breakfast buffet. The room I stayed at was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

May not want stay again

I stayed here once many years ago with a very bad experience.. I stayed again this time thinking it should be better.. service maybe better, room has deteriorate auite a fair bit.. and hygiene with the towel, bed linen, may not be up to my requirements, which is very important. Shoutout to the 2 ladies who helped with the safe, I didn’t get your names but you render a great service.. apart from that, I regrets to say I may not stay here ever again

The telephone cable was visibly dirty, which makes it seem like they don’t clean or sanitize it at all. However, the staff are very nice and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to assist you, which I really appreciated.
