The room was big. However when i went out in the day time and came back to the hotel in the night at around 9pm, noticed that the housekeeping was not carried out. Rubbish were still left in the room and towels were not replaced.

Basic, but comfortable.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has big tvs in the room. The beds are comfortable and the reception staff are very helpful. The area around the hotel isn’t so exciting, but it’s conveniently located next to the MRT.

Overall hotel staffs services are excellent. Clean and quiet area. Transport great next to MRT too. This season was Chinese New Year. Our neighbors are few group of families with kids. They are so noisy talking so loud, kids running and jumping in the early morninga and late till midnight. Even when hotel staffs reminder them still never really borther. So inconsiderate parents... Suggest Hotel management in future maybe can put all family with kids at one area, couples can be abother area. so that people can have a good sleep.

Old but cheap hotel, there is a very big gap under the door so you can hear (or be heard) all the sounds outside. Things are renovated in the dinning area so this is barely just beds to sleep place. There were small flies in the bathroom and we have to ask for clean up the sheets because that room hasn't been clean(no one stayed) for 10+ days

needs a little more effort

This hotel is basic which is fine. Food prep and items are fine but they let it sit out and don't keep it hot, which is issue for me. Have stayed there many times previously, and was always clean, this time the room was not cleaned well , with hair ( not mine) on the bed-sheets and in sink. Though the hotel is non-smoking , they don't do anything to keep others from smoking like crazy in their rooms and it can really smell. The staff is bright spot, are friendly and helpful .

Dirty!

This hotel was more than where I usually stay and I was awful! The walls had about 5 blood splattered mosquitoes on my room walls and my Mini bar had old half drank drinks from a previous guest. Its also in a bad location with nothing but a motorway near by and it's hard to get a taxi. The staff were nice enough.
