Everything is worthwhile of a 5 stars hotel. Room is huge, clean, and very much new during my stay on Dec 2025. Lalaport shopping mall with lots of food choices is just walking distance from the hotel

We had a very lovely stay few weeks ago. My mom loved it so much that we decided to come back for two more days.. we usually stay at Mandarin Oriental, but this place is a lot better in terms of facility and service.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. There are several amenities including a gym, spa, pool, bakery and restaurants. There is a mall across the street and a train station nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a lovely view. I would stay again if I'm back in Taipei.

Super new hotel with a really nice pool and the staff was amazing. Conveniently located across from a mall with food, shopping, and a movie theater as well. Will stay here again.
