The check in was horrify, there is no one but my wifi and signal did not work by the building, I was very lucky there is another resident just come out the main door, and so I just grab him and he save my life, it is so ridiculous bad, the English speaking guy help me through all the steps, even the WiFi show in the front door you can’t scan the QR code it won’t work etc, I had verified with my ID before I travel through their LINE in which it is not very commonly use. Then when I check in it fails all the time with their scan software, eventually I did, anywhere they are expecting us, so at least send us the front door code It’s so scary that I thought I be homeless last night Oh well long story, ah I paid when book through hotel.com they ask for payment again so I sent them the receipt, the other guy who help me also said he worry he will get charge twice Oh well put it down to experience

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Insufficient sound proofing and the contact free check in of downloading an app in Chinese was confusing. Could lockers be installed so clients can leave luggage safely?

Great location and comfortable stay

Nice to have a room with large window. I really appreciate it has full of sun light in morning time. I recommend to stay in room with window, even it costs extra charge. Sunlight and window helps to change air in room, and bath. Location-wise, it is easy access to MRT Airport Line and you can access within 10 minutes between Airport Line MRT Station. During my stay, I didn't use MRT much as there are lots of bus stops nearby. It is really frequent and easy to get to everywhere. Smartphone Map app helps me what line I should get. Upon check-in, website did not work well but agent refreshed webpage their end quickly, and I managed to check-in without stress. There is wifi pass code and WhatsApp QR code to communicate with agent at arrival area. I learnt how to stay at next generation without front desk.

完全リモートのチェックインでした。私の中国語がイマイチだったので、電話越しの指示(カードキーのあるところ等)を聞き取るのに苦労しました。対応してくれた方もかなりいらついているのが分かりました。後から思えば英語で聞けば良かったかもしれません。 ホテルの外観は特に看板もなく、分かりにくかったですが、客室の内装は新しく清潔です。下水のパイプが近くにあったのか、別の客室の排水の音がかなり聞こえました。 アメニティ充実。水も冷蔵庫にありました。
