We loved our stay! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and modern, and we loved the fresh fruit left in our room every day. We had a great view of Taipei 101 and of sunsets from our room. We also had great views from the rooftop pool, which was warm. The pastry shop downstairs served delicious and beautiful treats. Staff was always helpful.

Well services 5star hotel. No complaints on anything. Absolutely happy overall. However some minor things, 1. TV unit was not equipped with Google Chromecast(later staff confirmed it can be provided)2. Swimming pool on top is deeper on one side with 1.9mtrs(higher than average man height) mainly suitable for professional swimmers. Adjacent 1/3 area is 1.3mtr deep, however lifeguard on duty always.

Great hotel although somewhat old and somewhat dated. It is very well located and base several dinning options which make it very convenient. The staff and the service are super high class. The pool is also very impressive as it is located in the top floor with an incredible 360 degree view in all directions.

Absolutely great experience. The only thing we would give advice to future guests is to look into the “meal plans” from our experience if you don’t purchase them in advance you aren’t allowed to dine at most of the restaurants. Other than that the staff, rooms and facilities are wonderful!
