Really enjoyed my hotel stay, when you walk in the lobby smells lovely and the staff are welcoming! I was very happy with my room and the onsen. Staff were also helpful when I was looking for tour recommendations for fishing. I learned currently not the season, but I’ll be back!

1) a lot of noise in the room both from the hotel and outside. 2) they announced that the restaurant was closed for 2.5hours very late, which was a big Challenge for us, trancelignende with a kid that eats early. - room service was not offered as a solution.

I could not fault anything about this beautiful hotel. Modern, clean, lots of amenities available, no laundry but a coin laundry nearby. Staff efficient and friendly. Restaurant has amazing food and service both for breakfast and dinner. Ambience of the bar and sitting area is cozy and inviting.

Room is small but cozy and extremely clean with great sound proofing even though we are above the train tracks we could barely hear trains arriving/leaving Staff is very welcoming and can communicate efficiently using English Breakfast is just too fantastic with great choices of local produce and Japan and western cuisine Bar is nicely decorated and I bet in summer when the glass door could be opened it’d just be so serene Had chance to use private hot spring room reasonably priced It has a great location about 3 min walk to train and bus station and only 10-15 min walk to the old street

Pretty spiffy, and close to train station

A very beautiful hotel, just a few minutes from the station. You can reserve the private onsen, which opens to the outside. Very relaxing. The only surprise was the mediocre wifi bandwidth (9 Mbs) even if you join their accor something-or-other. Highly recommended

Beautiful rooftop onsen

This hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful but very busy as the hotel was full. The highlight was the onsen - a relaxing, peaceful space on the rooftop.
