The entire Roykan was very clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and we had the best time getting to know them and their families. They all were extremely kind and we were most thankful for their friendship.

The view was exceptional when we arrived and the staff was amazing and super accommodating since we had someone who didn't like fish. Nel was particularly lovely and kind. We'd be happy to host her if she ever gets the chance to come visit Canada like she wants :) Decoration could use a freshen up, but it was comfortable and the 24h baths were great. Food was also delicious and there was so much! We could never finish our whole meal.

接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館
