The property was beautiful with an amazing location. When we arrived we saw a women cleaning an elevator, an hour later we saw her cleaning another elevator, a few hours later we saw the same women wiping down the lobby, then in the evening we saw the same women cleaning around the room. She remembered us each time treated us and at the pool she brought us towels as they had just ran out. We did not get her name and saw her at least ten times in our trip always smiling and always cleaning. She was the highlight of our trip. The parking charge was quite a shocking charge, we understand being in a city, we personally don’t like when it’s so expensive for parking include it in the price and don’t nickle and dime the customers just our opinion lol. The water pressure was very weak and made for not enjoyable showering. ,

The hotel interior design looks like it was done by Mortia Adams. It is very goth and unattractive. The place looked pretty beat up. The worst part was that the central AC was decommissioned and was replaced with a wall unit that did not remove the humidity in the room. I slept in the bed next to the unit and I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible cough that I continue to have. When I got home and unpacked my bag, all my clothes were damp. I would not recommend this hotel.

The stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Tallahassee was just okay. It was graduation weekend and it was so hard to secure a room in the city. We checked out on Monday and my mom fell off the curb while walking to the car. This curb should not be there as it is an accident waiting to happen. She fell flat on her face. We called 911 and the ambulance took her to the hospital to have her checked out. We were getting ready to drive back to Atlanta so I wanted to make sure she could handle the drive. I have contacted the hotel to file a claim. They took my information but I never received any communication or followup from the claim. I called back and was advised thet the General Manager would be calling me back. I haven't received a call. My mother has been to multiple doctors including the ENT as the CT Scan showed a fracture. Very dissappointed in the lack of concern from the hotel.

Amazing, Relaxing Stay

Bed and pillows were very comfy, the room was spectacular with views to see. The cookies are amazing. Great service and meets expectations on our needs that needed to be met for check out. Overall a great experience, I highly suggest this hotel for anyone who is traveling and wants a nice place to rest their head and relax.

Never Again

Started badly with a wait at reception to check in 1 staff member 3 people in front and 20min later. 3.30pm room not ready so we were “upgraded” god forbid if we were in the original room. Would have used Hilton app and digital key.. not working ! So room door has a 1/2 in gap when closed, thought the door was open? Bathroom hair on floor, stained and peeling ceiling, no soap, containers not even in wall, just glue marks where they are supposed to be. Hot water at sink is a dribble, great for shaving !! Requested soap after another 20min wait in line at reception, nothing, had to take it off cleaners cart. Request room cleaned - not, said they don’t clean today! Digital checkout not working so another wait! Terrible hotel worst Hilton ever, would not eat there purposely went elsewhere. Shocking for a 600+ night hotel, Hilton you can do better!

Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton-branded property. The poor maintenance, lack of attention to guest concerns, and subpar housekeeping were unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management seriously addresses these issues for future guests.
