I was little surprised as this was my first Hyatt stay. There was no complementary water bottle or body lotion in the room. Carry your lotions and water bottles. Confusing location entry point and parking as it runs close to university & train tracks. The decor outside is good. Inside the room it’s below par. At dinning place there was no good bowl to have oatmeal. Plastic bowl was our only choice. You pour hot water into those oatmeal packs and then transfer the pulp into plastic containers. There was no raisins which is similar to no body lotion in the room. The room had two substandard queen beds and there was no separate between the TV sit out and the bedroom. The room was cramped. Yes, you could rotate it 360 degree and enjoy. Not very comfortable if you’re with family. The air conditioning was loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night & had to shut it down finally. There is cooking facility if you are in mood to cook. Honest review..

So glad I decided to stay here. The hotel has nice large clean modern rooms with fridge and microwave, there is a washing machine so we could get all our washing done. Also has a good size gym and pool area. We were just passing by in Tallahassee so not sure what else was near by the location for food and shops but we did get in late and were still able to order 2 really large delicious pizzas for dinner. We also found lots of free parking just outside the hotel. A special thank you to the most amazing staff at this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you are going to Tallahassee this is definitely the place to stay

Clean room, great location for FSU visit, and friendly staff. Was also very pleased with the response time when we complained about a neighbor playing excessively loud music at 3AM. They had someone up to their room within a few minutes and made it clear music goes down or they are out. Have stayed here before and never had noise. Nice that they dealt with it quickly.

The staff is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel and rooms are always very clean and updated. The breakfast is good but I would like if there was always a pancake or waffle option available as well. I especially like the cookies in the afternoon.
