Many things were rusted in the room, the room look old and no very clean. The toilet seat was broken. After the first night, they did not have hot water in the whole hotel and they said it won’t be repair for the rest of the weekend. Terrible experience. I won’t come back to that hotel.

Very Disappointed

The main thing I want to mention is there was no hot water on Sunday morning 3/30. Impossible to take a shower. While the desk clerk was pleasant, there was no resolve. I was told the manager would call me sometime this week to offer some type of compensation. The manager should have made himself available immediately.

Phones in rooms don’t work. No hot water to shower in morning and couldn’t even call to let them know. Had to look up number on Google to call front desk that said water heater had gone down day before and yes they need their phone system fixed.

Roaches. Saw at least 6 small ones. There was poor lighting in the room. Only lights were a dim one by the tv, 2 wall ones between the beds, and the bathroom. None in the closet, none when you entered the room. So at night when blinds are pulled, can’t see. The beds were very comfortable though. Had it not been for the roaches and the poor lighting, it would have scored higher.
