No service from Hotels.com

I made a reservation for three rooms for three nights was contacted by the hotel. They said they had no water. What did I want to do? They canceled my reservation which I really appreciate but I cannot get anyone to contact me from Hotels.com. You cannot speak to a live human. I have confirmation from the hotel that they canceled the rooms but yet I’m still being charged $918 and some change for rooms that I did not use

I showed up to check in and they said that the property was closed due to a water main break and had to cancel my stay. waiting on a refund. Also that was some kind of event going on in Tallahassee and after several hours of checking for room availabilities I had to sleep in my vehicle!!! I want a refund asap!

Hotel visit from....

I had an unforgivably experience. The Right bed room night light was out, I had to figure out how to turn the headboard light off as it wasn't shared at check in however, the young lady did get maintenance to change the bub. The water was turned off all night both Friday & Saturday night. Not good as my kids came to visit Friday they could not use the Bathroom. This was embarrassing. Saturday was even worse as the water was turned back on Saturday Morning and again. The Saturday morning Manager shared the water will be turned off Saturday around 10pm. No problem I said as my event starts at 7pm that night. Well I was taking a shower around 6pm and the water was turned off in the middle of my shower. I told the young man on duty and he added this to your CORE notes along with my Friday night experience. So yes this experience was truly not what I expected. The Sunday morning Manager assured me my final bill would be taking care of in which I have my receipt for the final transaction and awaiting for it to post to my account. I'll follow up once it's complete as it's still showing a double charge.

We did not like anything about our stay. The only reason we stayed is because they wouldn’t give us a refund. I feel after we were so inconvenienced we should get a refund. That place was filthy, no amenities in the rooms. It was a horrible experience!!!

Nothing was unique, it was not clean, it has roaches, spiders, lizards, centipedes, did not have any amenities in the rooms. It was just very, very inconvenient. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone to stay here.

My room was located on the first floor, 121. There were stains on the floor near the side of the bed (no clue what it was, looked like something had been spilled or blood). Shower was also not that clean, lots of water marks and residue. I would stay here again in a pinch for parent weekend, but not choose if other properties are available.

No hot water. Was promised a discount, but did not receive. In fact, the morning clerk was making a list of who asked for a discount instead of giving everyone. Still didn't get it anyway. Water had been out for at least 2 days. In room phone did not work (said half the room phones didn't work) so had to walk all the way to front desk to speak to staff. WiFi on unsecure network, unsafe to use. Didn't want to take risk. I would not recommend them to anyone.
